General Information
Here at Woolton farm we are a dog-friendly site! However, pets are not allowed in Bell Tents. If you have brought your dog it will have to sleep in your car overnight and we do have a few polite requests. We are a working farm so please always keep your dog on a lead and keep to the public footpaths. Please clean up after your dog, we have eco-safe doggy bags at the bar if you need them. We also have dog treats and dog bowls, just ask at the bar!
Please note there is a 10 mph limit on the farm roads.
Food
At the barn we offer hand-crafted sourdough pizza, sides, and salad - with a focus on locally produced seasonal ingredients. Our food menu can be found by the outside kitchen or at the main bar. Breakfast is served between 09:00-12.00. Lunch/Dinner menu is available from 12.00-20.00.
Low noise policy
At the barn we operate a low noise policy, many people choose our glamping and camping due to our peaceful locale. We ask you to respect your fellow guests and try to keep noise levels to a minimum after 22.00. Please understand during event times noise levels may be higher than usual.
Fire Procedures
If you come across a fire at Woolton Farm, please alert someone immediately, whether that be other guests or a member of staff on site. Fire extinguishers can be found by each barn door and inside the locker room. Fire assembly point for the barn is outside the front gate by the car park.
Motor Homes
Please check in at the barn before you make your way to the motor home area.
Please ensure that you are parked up in front of your allocated pitch number. You must leave enough space for other campers to get past. Toilets are located within the barn garden. Please use these if you don't have facilities within your motor home. Due to the location of the motor homes pitches we do not allow fires within this area. You are allowed to use a campers stove as long as it's kept off the floor and you have safety measures in place. Baby changing facilities and disabled toilets are to the right of the Barn.
We do not allow fire pits in the motor home area. Please ensure any BBQs are off the ground.
Children are your responsibility and must be with you at all times.
Ellen's Self Pitch
Please check in at the barn first and you will be shown where your pitch is. Wheelbarrows are at the entrance to take your things into the field, no vehicles are allowed past this point.
Please use only the pitch you are allotted. During event times this field can get busy please allow plenty of space between tents and guide ropes. There is a strict 10 mph limit on the farm roads.
BBQ’s & fire pits If you are renting a firepit or have a BBQ please ensure that it's off the ground or placed on a paving slab. Once you have finished with your firepit please ensure that you use the ‘ASH’ bin for the cold ash and bring back your fire pit if you have rented it from us. In the event of a dry period we will not allow any fire pits or BBQ’s. Please don’t use wood from the field/farm only charcoal and logs purchased from us which are the right size.
Toilets and showers are located at the far end of Ellen's meadow. Please ensure that you do your bit to keep the showers clean and tidy. Baby changing facilities and disabled toilets are to the right of the Barn. Your children are your responsibility so please keep them with you at all times.
Bell Tents & Family Tent
Click here to view our Within your bell tent you have a double futon mattress, duvet, pillows, and blankets. Under the futon are two self-inflating mattresses should you need them. There is also a table, chairs and lamp outside each tent. You will be provided with a locker key to hold valuables as well as a power bank. Please return these upon check out along with your assigned bell tent key.

Should you need extra blankets or anything else please ask a member of the staff in the barn and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please keep your bell tents Locked when you aren’t inside, we have additional locks if needed. Woolton Farm takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items. If you have driven, please ensure your car is parked in the main parking area outside the barn gates.
Woolton Farm takes no responsibility for any theft or damage. Please ensure that all children are respectful of the environment and other guests, children need to be monitored by you at all times and must not go out of the barn garden without an adult, they are your responsibility. Due to the nature of the garden we don't allow any ball games or bicycles to preserve our garden.
