Our fruit all comes from a single vineyard at Woolton Farm and the wines have PDO status from Wine GB. 

1x 750ml bottle Grand Reserve Sparkling Rosé 2019. This grand reserve is a late disgorged blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our Conduit Vineyard. Produced in the Traditional Method. 12.5% abv

1x 750ml bottle Chardonnay 2020. Stone and citrus fruit aromas leading to a dry fresh palate, light oak influence and a pearly finish. 12.5% abv

1x 750ml bottle Pinot Noir 2022. A bright and juicy English red bursting with fruit, subtle oak and spice. Whole bunch fermented on skins for 17 days and matured in French Oak for 8 months. 12% abv
