Located at the heart of Woolton Farm – The Barn is a stunning thatched building constructed from Oak and Elm beams whose history dates back to the 14th century. The building is set in a huge fruit garden with an outdoor kitchen, camping, furnished bell tents, craft drinks shop and bar.
The Barn opens every weekend from April – September and welcomes locals and visitors from further afield.
We also host a number of events, music, community and food and drink events throughout the year.

Located within our nursery orchard the motor home ares is the perfect location to watch the world go by! Nestled among the lush greenery, it offers a tranquil retreat where you can unwind and connect with nature. Each morning, you can sip your coffee while listening to the gentle rustle of leaves and the cheerful songs of birds. By evening, you'll witness breathtaking sunsets painting the sky in a myriad of colors, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for reflection. Whether you're seeking a quiet escape or a base for exploring the surrounding countryside, this spot promises relaxation and inspiration at every turn.
Bell Tents
Our exquisite glamping accommodation is situated at the heart of Woolton Farm. Our furnished bell tents are located in a prime position, nestled within the trees of our beautiful gardens behind The Barn.
Our bell tents are furnished with a double futon mattress, quilts and pillows are included. We are able to provide extra camping mats for children, but please bring additional bedding if sleeping more than 2 people.
All Bell Tents have a power socket for phone charging and a lamp included.
We do occasionally host private parties so please check before booking if this is something at may cause you an issue past 10pm.
On site, campers have full access to showers and toilets. Please bring towels.
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a locker to hold valuables, a portable power bank and a torch.
WIFI connection can be accessed from The Barn.

Ellen's Meadow Camping
Ellen's Meadow is a beautifully peaceful setting to pitch your own tent. Whilst Ellen's meadow feels pleasantly secluded, it is still within 200 yds of The Barn.
Fires are permitted here providing they are contained within a brazier or BBQ which can be rented along with logs and kindling.
At the edge of the meadow there are toilets and hot showers plus a washing up shed with drinking water and sinks.
Campers have full access to additional facilities in the barn such as WIFI, cafe, shop and bar.
Bring: Your own tent, bedding, torch and suitable footwear and clothing.
